🔎 The Challenge
KOKOFINIKAS, a family-run plant nursery, had built a strong reputation offline — but
was starting from scratch online. With no digital presence, first-party data, or ad history,
they approached us to drive sales through their new eCommerce store and validate their
investment in digital marketing.


💡 The Approach
We focused on building a strong data and performance foundation. First, we implemented
GA4, Google Tag Manager, and enhanced conversion tracking to ensure accurate

measurement from day one.
To generate early traction, we launched Performance Max alongside a targeted Search
campaign focused on high-intent, local keywords. As traffic grew, we added dynamic
remarketing and ran weekly optimisations — shifting budget to top performers and
refining messaging based on real-time data.
All activity was tracked in a custom Looker Studio dashboard, giving the client full
transparency and allowing us to scale based on clear performance insights.
